These terms apply when you use Tabsentry at https://tabsentry.towers.app. It's provided by Duke Security, Inc., 1000 N. West St. Suite 1400, Wilmington DE 19801, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
What Tabsentry does is described on this website. We may improve and change it; we tell you in advance about changes that take away something you rely on.
Your account
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time on your account page; what you saved is deleted with it.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown before you buy, with any tax that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your account page: you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after it.
Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to hello@b-jpgsm6.thetowers.ai. We refund you within 14 days. If you asked us to start the service within those 14 days, you pay for the part you used until you withdrew.
Using it fairly
Don't use Tabsentry for anything illegal or harmful, don't try to break or overload it or get into other people's accounts, and respect other people's rights. We may suspend an account that does, and tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Tabsentry running, but we can't promise it's always available or free of errors.
Liability
We're fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we're liable only when we breach an obligation essential to the contract, and then only for the damage typical and foreseeable for it. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes and law
We tell you about changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account before then. The law of the country where we're established (United States) applies; as a consumer you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
